How do I insert a tobacco stick into my Ploom device?

To insert a [BRAND] tobacco stick:

Open the slider (notice the battery level indicated on the LED line) and gently insert a new tobacco stick until the colored line sits just above the opening of your device.

With the Auto-Start function activated, the device will begin heating automatically. Wait until the device vibrates twice and the LED starts blinking. Now you're ready to go, so take a puff and enjoy your Ploom!

Bear in mind that if the stick is inserted too quickly or not within approximately 10 seconds, the auto-start function may not be triggered.
