Each pack of [EVO / BRAND] sticks for Ploom has a unique code printed inside, under the pack lid. You'll earn Ploom Club points for each pack code you enter with your Ploom account, up to [X] packs per week. Simply enter your codes here to earn points and redeem rewards.
1. Conditions for Earning Points
1.1 Based on membership level. The points to be earned under the Program may vary depending on your membership level. The points you may earn according to your membership level are shown in the table below:
Membership Tiers:
· 0 - 1499 : Silver
· 1500 - 2999 : Gold
· 3000+ : --> Black
Device Registration: 1000 Points
· You may earn points from the device registration bonus a maximum of 5 times per month.
Accessory Purchase: 300 Points
Refer a Friend: 500 Points (when the referred person registers a new device to their Ploom account)
· The refer-a-friend bonus may grant points a maximum of 5 times per month.
Anniversary Bonus:
· Silver: 100 Points
· Gold: 150 Points
· Black: 200 Points
Birthday Bonus:
· Silver: 100 Points
· Gold: 150 Points
· Black: 200 Points
1.2 Changes to points to be earned. Cipro reserves the right to unilaterally change the points to be earned. From time to time, the points shown above may be changed through various campaigns. In such case, the conditions set out in the relevant campaign terms shall apply.

Yes. Ploom points do expire. Your Ploom points are valid for two calendar years. It's a good idea to check at the end of each calendar year to see if any of your points are about to expire and check your membership level. Please discover Ploom Club Terms and Conditions.
Sadly you can’t transfer your Ploom points to a friend. Please discover Ploom Club Terms and Conditions.
When you earn enough points, you will be automatically upgraded to the next level. In your first year, if you reach a higher level, you’ll stay there until the end of the next year. After that, your status will be updated at the end of each calendar year if you have collected enough points. If you haven’t earned enough points, you’ll remain or go back to the according level.
